A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank for the grill. A maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed per reservation, with parking available in the driveway and an adjacent lot. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors. Guests are asked to report damages immediately. Violations of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
