Access to the Solara Resort clubhouse, water complex, and fitness center is included. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with guests choosing between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 14 guests are allowed at any given time. The grill is a propane grill, and propane is provided by the guests; the propane tank cannot be guaranteed to be full upon arrival. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed three per reservation, with up to one car in the driveway and two in the adjacent parking lot. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Trash must be taken out and disposed of properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. Violations of any house rules may result in termination of a reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, and supplies are not refilled during the stay. Starter supplies include shampoo/conditioner, body wash, one roll of toilet paper, and hand soap per bathroom; detergent pods for up to two loads; one paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge in the kitchen. A coffee maker is provided, but coffee is not. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. A front door bell camera and a camera pointing to the driveway are in place. Essentials such as a dedicated workspace are provided to support longer stays.
