Lease terms

The Tenant agrees to pay the required first month's rent and the full security deposit at the time this Lease is signed. Possession of the apartment will not be granted until all required payments have been received. Monthly rent is due on the 1st day of each month thereafter unless otherwise stated in this Lease. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere inside the building or within the leased apartment. Any violation of this policy may result in lease enforcement, charges for cleaning or damage, and/or termination of the Lease in accordance with applicable law. Pet Policy Pets are permitted only with the Landlord's prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 is due before any pet is brought onto the property. In addition, the Tenant agrees to pay $50.00 per month, per approved pet, as additional rent for the duration of the tenancy.
