Applications are required for all tenants over the age of 18 (via Zillow) - which includes a credit & background check and carries a non-refundable fee of $35 (the $35 fee allows prospective renters to apply to an unlimited number of participating rentals for 30 days, and also includes their credit and background reports). * We require a credit score of at least 680 * Each applicant will need to provide a government issued photo-ID (e.g. driver's license, passport, military, ID, etc.) * All persons that intend to occupy the rental is required to be named on both the application and the lease. The application will also ask for the ages and relationship to the applicant. * There is a non-refundable $300 cleaning, and a pet fee of $250 per pet (if applicable). Refundable 1 month security deposit/damage protection fee at time of lease signing. Once the lease is signed, you will be asked to provide 1st months rent, security deposit, and any fees (cleaning, and applicable pet fees) within 10 days of lease signature.
