This is a gated community with 24-hour security guard. House parties are not permitted, but smaller family gatherings and birthdays are allowed. Violating the no-parties rule may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund and may impact your ability to book in the future. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed inside the property, with a fine of up to $500.00 if the house smells like smoke. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. RVs, campers, limousines, boats, and boat trailers are not allowed. Any damage or missing games are the sole responsibility of guests during the reservation, which may result in additional charges. To avoid extra charges, leave the home in the same condition as when you arrived.
