No indoor smoking is permitted; outdoor smoking is allowed at least 10 feet from the building. A $500 fine applies for smoking violations. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed, with a $500 fine and immediate removal without refund. Any noise complaint may result in a $500 fine and/or cancellation without refund. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the reservation name via message before receiving check-in instructions. Guests must sign the rental agreement and check-in form before arrival. A $350 pre-authorization hold will be placed upon check-in to cover potential damages. Full legal names of all guests must be provided upon booking. No trailers, boats, RVs, campers, mobile homes, 4-wheelers, buses, box trucks, or commercial vehicles are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. The property is equipped with exterior security cameras that record audio and video. Do not unplug, move, or tamper with cameras or any connected devices, as a $1,000 fine applies for violations. No crypto mining or similar electronic activities, or illegal activity or subletting under any circumstance. Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security. If damages or policy violations occur, related charges may apply; otherwise, the hold is released after checkout and processed within 5-7 business days.
