We do not allow you to arbitrage or lease to someone else as short term rentals yourself. 3bd/2ba home on 1 beautiful acre full of oak trees in the backyard. Great commute location off 290 between Austin and Dripping Springs. We have only five star reviews as an Airbnb listing! Our past tenants have been building new homes in the area or buying and or remodeling their homes and this was a perfect spot while they waited till theirs was completed. There is no garage since the property has a converted 1bed/1ba garage and detached garage apartment. Both tenants are completely detached and separated from this main home. Tenant will be responsible for own electric bill and wifi if 30 day rental or longer. Wifi is $72 per month. Water, trash and landscaper included in the rent.Tenant needs to pay wifi to landlord and electric is under PEC that you will need to sign up for as a tenant.
