This is a NON SMOKING Unit, to include cigarettes, vape, and marijuana. Twelve (12) month lease is required. Owner pays HOA dues which includes trash; water; common areas upkeep and maintenance; and snow removal. Owner has for one private, covered, parking space, which can be added to the lease for additional fee. Prior to lease signing a background check will be done which will include criminal, credit check, current employment and employment history (if applicable), and rental history.
Applicant has the right to provide Sheila Sealander with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) as defined in §38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Sheila Sealander with a PTSR, Sheila Sealander is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Sheila Sealander to access or use the PTSR.
