Lease terms

1) No pets shall be brought onto the premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord or as forth and agreed upon in this rental agreement. 2) Grass shall be cut at least bi-weekly in the growing season and the yard will be kept neat. 3) It is the Tenants responsibility to fix or repair anything broken inside or outside of the house, which is $75 or less to repair. 4) There is to be NO phone, cable lines or satellite dishes attached to the outside of the house or roof, tenant is responsible for any damage done. 5) There is to he NO unlicensed vehicles parked or stored on the property. Any violation will result in vehicle being towed at owner's expense. 6) Tenants are required to maintain renter's insurance throughout the duration of the lease. Violations result in notice of eviction at the landlord's discretion. 7) Tenants are responsible for payment of all utilities (water, sewage, electricity, and internet). 8) Absolutely NO smoking inside of the house (including vapes).
