Eat in Kitchen with Washer/Dryer Connections off Kitchen. Downstairs has a 1/2 Bath and a Finished Area with an extra fridge and sink, Perfect Flex Area. Unfinished Area is great for oversize storage space. The garage is oversized with a workbench area. Backyard is fenced in and the owner has provided a shed for tenant use. Great corner lot in an excellent neighborhood and school district. This one will not last long! Optional Pool- Owner does not participate but tenant can pay the fee to join.

Pets: Owner prefers no pets but might consider 1 small dog NO CATS- Please inquiry first before applying with a pet (no aggressive breeds, no pets under age 2) $350 non-refundable pet fee (due prior to move in).

Must have a minimum of 2 years, excellent rental history or mortgage history, evictions or housing collection debt will not be accepted.
Co-Signers will not be accepted for lack of meeting credit criteria
Application fees are non-refundable regardless of selection decision
Hold Deposit (once approved) is equal to 1 month of rent
Move In Fee $250 due 5 days prior to move in along with any pet fee (if applicable) and the first full month of rent.
