Walk out basement All Kitchen Appliances Provided 2 bed and 1 bath upstairs with kitchen & living room - 1 bed and 1 bath downstairs and extra gathering room or etc room off the backyard- Lawn care included with rent Tenant responsible for the following: Utilities : gas, and electric Snow removal Tenant will need to provide a washer and dryer. Please submit an application or fill out our questionnaire PRIOR to any showing of the home. This is how we have done every rental prior and we will continue to do so. We prefer everyone apply through Zillow - Zillow charges one fee for your credit & background check which can then be sent to ANY properties for that month.
