Tenants pays for their own heat, cooling, electricity, and internet services. Laundry and parking are free. The condo association takes care of all lawn care, snow removal, and trash removal services. A broker's fee of 1/2 of one month's rent applies. First month's rent, last month's rent, and a one month security deposit due at the time of lease signing. The condo association will not currently approve applications from undergraduate students.
