This is a quiet, family neighborhood, and outdoor noise is not permitted between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed under any circumstances, and exceeding the maximum number of guests or having unauthorized overnight guests is strictly prohibited. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the property; a $200 fee applies if any evidence of smoking or vaping is found. The minimum age to rent this property is 25 years old. Local residents must contact the host before booking, and failure to disclose local status or age may result in reservation cancellation without penalty or refund. Guests must remain responsive and reachable through the booking platform from booking through checkout. A ring doorbell camera is installed out front for security purposes.
Each guest is provided with one bath towel and one washcloth for the duration of their stay. Additional hand towels are provided in each bathroom. Guests have access to a washer and dryer, and detergent is provided. A starter pack of essentials (trash bags, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.) is provided, and guests are responsible for restocking if needed during their stay.
