The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast nook, ideal for morning coffee. The master suite offers a walk-in closet and private bath, while three additional bedrooms provide space for everyone to unwind. Outside, enjoy a peaceful patio and fenced backyardperfect for dining, relaxing, or simply soaking up the Savannah breeze. Pets are allowed with a $70 pet fee per stay, which covers additional cleaning. Cats are not allowed due to allergy sensitivities. Early check-in is available for a fee of $35 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. Outdoor noise is not permitted between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed under any circumstances. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed on your reservation. Unauthorized overnight guests are strictly prohibited. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the property; a $200 fee applies if any evidence of smoking or vaping is found. The minimum age to rent this property is 25 years old. Local residents must contact the host before booking. Guests must truthfully disclose if they are locals or under 25 before confirming a reservation. Failure to disclose this information may result in the host canceling the reservation without penalty or refund obligation. Early check-in or late check-out without prior approval is not allowed. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Guests must remain responsive and reachable through the booking platform from booking through checkout.
