Owner has additional premise in Norwalk and also an out-of-state residence and business and lives at the residence part-time. Lease provides to Tenants access to neighborhood water front beach and boat lots, for which Owner pays dues. Owner pays entire premise water bill, including water used by tenant that is not separately metered. Owner provides Ethernet router connection for shared use of Frontier fiber-to-the-home internet, or tenant may provision their own services.
