I am looking for a roommate to share this entire house with me! You will have your own bedroom and bathroom.… It is fully furnished with a brand new king size bed. Also an 80" Sony OLED tv in the bedroom. But if you did want to bring some of your own bedroom furniture, I could put the current bedroom set in the basement
The house has its own small gym, pool table and lounge in the basement. It's got a large back yard with a fire pit, grill and hot tub. All utilities included. You will have one spot in the garage for parking spot and plenty of off street parking. There is laundry on site. Any questions just ask. Thanks
