This is a one year lease minimum. Renter is responsible for utilities; water, electric, garbage and cable/wifi. Renters Insurance REQUIRED. Pets negotiable with additional fees. Propane is NOT included and if it's something you want, we can discuss and add a clause to the lease. Washer and Dryer stay with the home, but are also not part of the lease ( you are welcome to use them, but you must maintain them). There are two parking spots on the parking pad. Paved roads all the way to the home. This house in NOT FURNISHED (these are the only photos I have). Also, this is inside Coosawattee River Resort. Amenities for the resort are included. Renters will be responsible for purchasing gate passes for vehicles (I believe $25 per magnet tag).
