Upstairs, the second floor offers laundry, a bedroom with a full-size trundle bed that includes a twin pull-out (great for kids or additional guests), and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a mounted 45" smart TV. Another full bathroom on this level ensures plenty of room for everyone. After a day on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and fire up the grill on the back patio while taking in the peaceful river views. Mini split central air in each room and 2 off street parking spots! Furniture included.
