To properly conduct a Landlord Verification we will need this information. If you've owned a property, that information will come up on your credit report. And, if you've never rented before, don't be discouraged, just put your current address in that area with a note stating that you are living with family or friends. employment: We will contact your current employer to do an employment verification. When applying, please inform your employer that they will be receiving a call from us. If you have recently started a new job, make sure to provide us with an offer letter. And, if you are self-employed, you can provide us with 2 months worth of bank statements, and tax documentation. income qualifications: Our requirement for income, is that you make 3 times the monthly rent per month.
