This charming vacation home is located on a serene dead-end street. This is a 2-bedroom, 2-full bathroom suite. There is a full kitchen stocked with all your cooking needs, and a washer and a dryer. The Whale Spout comes with 1 parking space along the white fence directly in front of the building. Parking is very tight, and if you bring a large or additional vehicle, you may need to find parking in a lot nearby. The boardwalk has parking lots within walking distance. There is also the Hampton Park & Ride where you can park overnight for free, which is only a few minutes down the road. The Whale Spout is located on a dead-end quiet street in downtown Hampton Beach, 500 feet from Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer. The ocean is also directly across the street. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please treat this home with respect. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (dirty dishes, soiled floors). Cleaning fees are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. Trash pickup is Monday and Friday. Please make sure your trash is in your designated blue bin out front, and all recyclables go in the green bins out back. Please move the bins out near the road on the morning of or night before trash pickup days. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, guests are expected to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they're responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited. Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.
