Bright and sunny second-floor two-bedroom apartment with windows facing both east and west (plus one facing south).… The open kitchen and living area receives lovely natural light throughout the day; kitchen is simple and functional, with a basic stove and refrigerator, the original cast-iron farm-house sink with porcelain drainboard, and nice cupboards hand-made in the 1950s.
The larger bedroom has a window and a long, unusually shaped storage closet tucked under the eaves. The compact second bedroom also has a window and built-in shelving and would be especially well suited as an office, studio, or workspace.
