This is a short term rental that is available for a minimum of 5-14 days during August. Get out of the heat in Summit County! Here is the current availability for the house: August 8th - 14th - 5 night minimum but will give preference for 7 night stay August 25th - September 8th - 14 night minimum but will consider shorter stays This is not a "party house" but certainly, renters can have friends and family over! Frisco "Quiet Time" is from 10pm until 8am. Repeated complaints from neighbors will result in first, a notification; second, a warning; and third, an eviction. No smoking of anything inside the house.
