FEES: The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters' insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant's expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. The traditional floor plan offers a separate living room that opens onto the galley kitchen. Through the kitchen you will find a private dining room. Wall-to-wall windows flood the dining room with natural light and give the space a very open, yet homey, feel. Down the hallway off the main living room, you will find the sleeping quarters. There are two guest rooms with queen beds that share the hall bathroom. The third bedroom is at the end of the hall and houses the second bathroom, a queen bed, twin bed, laundry area, and gives access to the back deck. Occupancy: 7. Bedding Configuration: 3 Queen, 1 Twin. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 vehicles. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. If wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
