We are looking to rent out our home in a quiet, established neighborhood.… It is a 3 bed, 1.5 bath, 1,150 square foot (but feels bigger!) ranch with a 6' tall fenced-in backyard, 2 driveways, a detached 1.5 car garage, separate laundry room with storage, large kitchen with open floor plan to dining room and bar/island that can seat 4, and much more. Many recent updates to the home, including new kitchen countertops, new carpet (not pictured), and a new HVAC system. The pool pictured has been removed, giving you more use of the yard, and the deck was completely replaced two years ago.
House has central heating and air, comes with all pictured appliances, with the exception of washer and dryer. Pets are allowed with fee of $50/pet per month. You'll have full use of the garage, which will hold a medium-sized car. It also has a large back deck and walkway, which creates a nice getaway so close to CNU, Jefferson ave., and J Clyde Morris blvd. 5 Minutes from 64 east and west.
Rent is $2,100 per month, plus all utilities to be put in your name. Upon move in, first month's rent will be due along with a security deposit. The security deposit will be returned in full, provided there is no damage, upon move out. There is a 6 month lease minimum, but priority will be given to longer-term renters. Available for move-in September 12, but may be slightly flexible.
