Parquet floors throughout with built-in shelves and cabinets. The layout consists of a living area, kitchen, bathroom, and lofted sleeping area. The sleeping area is accessible by a ladder and is approximately 6 feet by 6 feet with a shelf next to where a full or queen mattress would go. The sleeping are could also be in the living area with the use of a hide-a-bed or Murphy-bed. Built-in air conditioner in the kitchen with radiator heat.
Located conveniently near a bus line and bike lanes, this property is in close proximity to both downtown St Paul and Minneapolis.
This apartment is in South St Anthony Park in the Creative Enterprise Zone. Hampden Park is across the street and offers great walking and biking out your front door. There are also restaurants and breweries, shopping and entertainment nearby. Surly Brewery, Malcolm Yards, and O'Shaunessey Distilling are a 10 minute walk!
Hamline, St Thomas, and the University of Minnesota are all close by along with the MN United Stadium and Minnesota State Fairgrounds.
