Very nice half double in Grandview proper.… This Oxley road double has an updated bath, with subway tile bath, glass block window and ceramic tile floor. Three Bedrooms upstairs...although like all Grandview doubles, one is small and works great for an office. Nice quality doors and hardware, Neutral high quality carpet with high quality padding. Kitchen is updated, large, and bright, with a SS stove, SS fridge, SS dishwasher and ceramic tile floor. Granite counters, and a Gooseneck faucet, etc. Up to date electrical. Full basement with W/D hook-ups. This full basement square footage is in addition to the approximately 1200 square foot figure for the apartment. This unit has had newer windows, and the furnace and A/C updated for efficiency. This double includes a single garage with opener, which is something you just don't find often in Grandview. In addition there is plenty of on-street parking out front.
Neat older neighborhood near parks and school. Less than a 2 minute walk to park, restaurants, etc. Living room includes decorative fireplace. Unit has been tastefully updated, but retains the character of the area. Priced lower than anything similar. We do not like to take a long time renting them.
