This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit apartment with an attached single stall garage. There is in unit laundry hook up, but tenant needs to provide their own washer/dryer. A 1 year lease is required. At the time of lease signing a security deposit will need be made in the amount of $1350.00, along with the first month rent. Tenant is responsible for electric and gas utilities. Trash removal, lawn care, and snow removal are included in your rent. There is a $50/month charge for water and sewer that is added to your monthly rent invoice. No dogs allowed, but cats are okay. We do require a background check for all individuals over the age of 18 living in the apartment.
