We are looking for an organized, responsible, and financially stable roommate to rent the master bedroom in a three-bedroom single family home in Portsmouth North Portland. You will be living with me(Asian immigrant in my 40s), my ten-year-old daughter, and the short hair cat Lily. House roles: no smoking, no drugs, no heavy drinking, no midnight parties, no overnight guests while my daughter is with me. She is with me half time. This three-bedroom house is located in a quiet Portsmouth neighborhood. Parks within a few minutes' walk. Restaurants and stores on Lombard Street, in Kenton and St John's. Bus(35, 44, 4 etc) stops nearby. Close to University of Portland and Forest Park. Room in garage for car, bike or motorcycle. You can garden in front yard or back yard. It is a furnished room, but you can also move in with your own furniture. The room has a full-size closet and full-size bathroom inside the room. Cats are welcome. Out of consideration for my daughter, I would prefer a woman roommate. Dryer and washer in garage Dish washer, microwave Park in garage Fee includes utilities Rent Period: monthly basis. We are looking for long-term roommate, but we keep the lease monthly so both are free to move on if needed.
