Lease terms

Security Deposit is required. Background Check through Zillow required. Renter assumes costs for all utilities. Renter must put gas, electric and trash pick up bills in their name and are responsible for those charges. Water and sewer bills will be billed to the renter. Renter is responsible for yard upkeep including grass cutting, spring and fall clean up and snow removal. Renter can choose to cut the grass themselves or hire a grass cutting service at the renter's expense. This house is a non-smoking home both inside the home and garage. We will allow dogs and cats in the home however we charge an upfront pet fee listed in the lease. The lease will provide a comprehensive explanation of renter responsibilities.
