Orlando International Airport is approximately 27 miles away. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Guests are required to provide a damage protection option prior to arrival, which can be a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night stays, or a choice between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more.
