Nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers make everyday needs easy to manage. The resort community also offers convenient access to Falcon Fire Golf Course (11.7 miles/20 minutes) and Disney Golf Course (13.7 miles/22 minutes). Orlando International Airport is approximately 27 miles away.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Guests are required to provide a damage protection option prior to arrival, which can be a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night stays, or a choice between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. The propane grill is provided by guests, and the propane tank cannot be guaranteed to be full upon arrival. Guests are responsible for refilling any supplies during their stay, with a starter kit provided for essentials.
