Lease terms

Available right away for a 12-month lease. New washer and dryer available for $50/month. Rental Criteria: Each applicant may demonstrate a history of meeting prior lease or mortgage obligations and leaving any prior rented properties in good order. Significant adverse rental history may disqualify an applicant or require additional payment security, such as a cosigner or additional applicant deposit. Application Fee is $50 per applicant. All applicants 18 or older must apply. No prior evictions or bankruptcies. Income History: Monthly household income must be 3x monthly rent amount. Applicants should include 3 pay stubs from current employer. Credit History: TransUnion's ResidentScore is used to evaluate the applicant's credit history and ability to pay rent when due. $1,800 with a credit score of 600 or better. If credit score is below 600, deposit will be $2,700. Criminal History: A criminal background check is needed of all applicants. A clear background check will be required for all applicants.
