We pay the HOA, which includes access to a community pool and playground. The tenant is responsible for first month's rent and security deposit at signing, setting up utilities (water, gas, electric.) They must handle lawn maintenance and notify us immediately of any issues. The tenant will change air filters monthly we provide the first year's supply. Please take care of our home. The salt pellets for the water softener are the tenant's responsibility, and we are leaving a reverse osmosis system on the sink that supplies alkaline water. We're just looking for the right family to make this home theirs.
