For rent via Zillow Home Manager 1+ year lease available July 10, 2026. This is a 4-year-old home in the Notting Hill subdivision, close to several schools and near Fort Sam Houston and Randolph Air Force Base. The home is in top condition, with everything new. We pay the HOA, which includes access to a community pool and playground. The tenant is responsible for first month's rent and security deposit at signing, setting up utilities (water, gas, electric), and arranging trash pickup. They must handle lawn maintenance and notify us immediately of any issues. The tenant will change air filters monthly we provide the first year's supply. Please take care of our home. The salt pellets for the water softener are the tenant's responsibility, and we are leaving a reverse osmosis system on the sink, as Converse water isn't the best. Filters are inexpensive, and I'll explain more once you move in. We're just looking for the right family to make this home theirs.
