Washer and dryer located in downstairs laundry room. Includes a one car garage and on-street parking. The home is located in a long-established residential neighborhood and adjacent to City stairway (Finholm steps) leading to restaurants, bars, museums and more and it is one block away from Harbor Ridge middle school and a 5 minute drive to Swift Water Elementary School. Will rent/lease for six months but prefer a one year or longer lease.
