Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult in the pool or backyard, and anyone under 18 who cannot swim must be watched closely. Pets are not allowed in the pool. A $250 fine applies for hot tub cleanliness issues. Guests must shower with soap and water before entering the hot tub, limit use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, use beach towels, and keep glass away from the tub. The hot tub temperature should remain at 100F when not in use, and no chemicals or bath products should be added without approval. Please remove shoes indoors. A damage protection option is required, either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
