This is a newly renovated studio and a cozy one indeed measuring 10 by 17 feet with a bathroom 5 by 7 feet. In total around 205 square feet, so keep in mind this is on the smaller side. The building is older but charming and very well kept and has quite a history for San Francisco. As you can tell in the pics there are a lot of awesome and functional pieces of furniture either from West Elm or CB2 in the studio. Also, there's a fully kitchen with a stainless steel gas range, microwave, electric glass kettle, Cuisinart toaster, and the essentials you need to cook up a storm. The whole studio as I said has been remodeled and renovated with a new bathroom tub, toilet, appliances, hardwood floor, paint, doors, cabinets, closet, everything has been gutted out and replaced with fresh and new. Best suited for 1 person or a couple.
Nob Hill is vibrant and there are so many things to do. Walk score of 98 so you got a lot of things to do and see. My studio is located in the lower Nob Hill area FYI.
