Located in Solara Resort, this villa is minutes away from world-class theme parks like Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, as well as shopping destinations. The resort's central Florida location makes it a practical base for exploring the area.
There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. Guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray due to Florida's humidity and common occurrence of bugs. Propane for the grill is provided by guests, and the propane tank cannot be guaranteed to be full upon arrival. Guests must respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found in violation of any rules. This is a self-catering home. Guests can check in and out using self-check-in and check-out.
