This home features seven bedrooms, multiple living spaces, and a private pool. The main family room includes a flat-screen TV, and a second living area provides overflow space. A dedicated movie theater room and a game room offer entertainment options. A washer and dryer are included for convenience, and the home is stocked with bed linens, towels, and hangers. The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, along with a full set of dishes and silverware. Two indoor dining areas provide space for meals. Enjoy a private pool and hot tub, available year-round, and a BBQ grill for outdoor dining. Access to Solara Resort's shared amenities includes a water complex with a wave simulator and splash pad, sports courts, a large fitness center, and a clubhouse with an ice-cream parlor and bar. Free parking on premises is included. Located in the heart of Central Florida's theme park corridor, this home is a practical base for exploring Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, all within a short drive. Nearby attractions include Falcon Fire Golf Course, Disney Golf Course, and Premium Outlets. Orlando International Airport is also a convenient distance away. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Check-out time is 10 AM. Propane for the grill is provided by the guests, and the propane tank cannot be guaranteed to be full upon arrival. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. Please note that humidity and bugs are a common occurrence in Florida, and while the property is professionally sprayed, guests are advised to pack bug spray. There are cameras on the front door bell and pointing to the driveway. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed three per reservation. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are asked to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests found in violation of any house rules may face reservation termination without refund and/or monetary fines. The home is stocked with a dedicated workspace, making longer stays genuinely comfortable.
