The master bath features a walk-in tile shower, a soaker tub, and his and her vanities. A slider patio door opens from the master bedroom. The main floor features the living room, dining area, and kitchen. It also has a half-bathroom and study area. Off the kitchen, there is a balcony for outdoor dining. There are two additional bedrooms ideal for kids and guests. Each guest room has a queen bed and a walk-in closet. A full bathroom with a walk-in tile shower connects the two bedrooms. We know furry kiddos are like family, and one pet may join you (must be friendly and on a leash when outside). No cats. Note that stairs are part of our home, so if you cannot walk the stairs, this home will not be a good option. One car may park in the garage and a second in the driveway. No smoking, tobacco, firearms, or parties are allowed anywhere in Siesta Pointe. All guests will be required to abide by HOA community rules.
