Parking for up to 3 vehicles. Tenant is expected to do basic upkeep (lawn mowing, keeping the house and grounds clean and doing basic maintenance). We live ~5-7 minutes away, and are available to help with any more significant maintenance needs that might occur, or if you need to borrow tools, etc.
