No applicant with a criminal record will be accepted. All applicants are required to submit a brief renter's profile and are carefully screened for community compatibility. Note: Applicants must meet a minimum income requirement of $3900/mo., show proof of renter's insurance and have established work and rental history to qualify for tenancy.
