Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Guests are required to notify the host in writing and obtain approval for any pets. The home is self-catering, with initial supplies provided for bathrooms, laundry, and the kitchen. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Guests are responsible for taking out the trash and disposing of it properly upon departure. Any mess or pet waste is expected to be cleaned up and disposed of properly. The air conditioning should be kept at or above 70F to prevent freezing, with a potential fine of up to $500 for violations. Propane for the grill is usually provided by guests, though a tank is available to be refilled. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Vehicle parking should not exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed in the driveway. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Additional guidelines posted within the home should be followed. Damages should be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for violations of house rules.
