Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed on the property. Guests are advised to be aware of humidity and potential bugs, common in Florida's climate. Propane for the grill is usually provided by guests. A refundable security deposit of $500 will be authorized prior to arrival. Guests must keep the temperature at or above 70F to prevent the AC unit from freezing, with potential fines of up to $500 for violations. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. The number of vehicles on property should not exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed in the driveway. Guests are asked to remove shoes indoors and be considerate of neighbors during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines for rule violations. Self check-in with a keypad provides convenience.
