EV charger and free parking are available on the premises and free street parking. This home is pet-friendly. Located in Four Corners within the Windsor at Westside community, this villa is conveniently situated near Orlando's most popular destinations, including Disney World (20-25 minutes away), SeaWorld (approximately 30 minutes), and Universal Studios (about 35 minutes). The neighborhood offers ample shopping, dining, and entertainment, with easy access to major roads like state road 192, US 27, and I-4. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This is a non-smoking and drug-free property. Guests are required to provide written notification and host approval for pets, with a pet fee and a $150 security deposit required for up to one house-trained dog under 50 lbs. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Propane for the grill is usually provided by guests. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any mess and pet waste properly. The air conditioning should be kept at or above 70F to prevent freezing, with a potential fine of up to $500 for violations. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
