Located conveniently between The Woodlands and Huntsville, you'll have easy access to Lake Conroe, Huntsville State Park, ATV/off-road parks, and the serene trails of the Sam Houston National Forest. Bedrooms Master suite: Features a king bed with a working desk. 2nd bedroom: Has a king bed and a nightstand. 3rd bedroom: Has a king bed and a nightstand. All bedrooms include fresh linens, a walk-in closet, and charging ports. Bathrooms Bathroom 1 (En-suite): Shower/tub combo. Bathroom 2: Shower/tub combo. Kitchen & Dining Our kitchen is fully stocked with granite countertops and major appliances, including a fridge, stove, oven with an air-fry function, microwave, and dishwasher. We provide cookware, dishes, utensils, a rice cooker, a blender, a toaster, and a water boiler. Please note: if you plan to use the community BBQ, you will need to purchase/bring your own coals and cooking ware. Living Room & Indoor Amenities The living room features a three-seat leather sofa. A TV with an Amazon Fire Stick and streaming apps is provided amd watch like a smart TV. Premium 1G WiFi: Our home is equipped with a premium gigabit internet connection, ensuring fast, reliable speeds for streaming, remote work, or staying connected. A washer and dryer are available, with detergent provided. Backup toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, and hand wash are included. Community & Outdoor Amenities Seasonal pool: Open from May to September, Tuesday through Sunday. A guest pool pass is provided for free and is required for access. 24-hour access to community amenities, including basketball, pickleball, volleyball, playgrounds, a BBQ area, and fishing docks. Parking: Parking in the amenities area will require a parking pass, which will be provided for free. Neighborhood Notes This home is located in a developing subdivision. While the property is clean, well-furnished, and designed for your comfort, the appearance of some surrounding homes may vary. If a pristine neighborhood aesthetic is a priority, please consider this before booking. We personally lived here for two years and fell in love with the nature, fresh air, and the neighborhood. We felt very safe and have never seen anything out of the ordinary. Friendly neighborhood pets may occasionally wander by, so please use caution around unfamiliar animals. Nearby Attractions Lake Conroe: Offers boating, fishing, jet skiing, and waterfront dining. Sam Houston National Forest: Features hiking, biking, and the Lone Star Hiking Trail. Huntsville State Park: Features hiking, camping, and fishing. Downtown Conroe: Known for live music, shops, antique stores, and restaurants. The Woodlands Mall: A great destination for shopping, dining, and live music. Policies & Notes Event Policy: No events are allowed. This home is designed for relaxing family stays and work-friendly travel. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome here! A pet fee applies, and we kindly ask that all pets be approved prior to your arrival.
