Pets are welcome if approved by homeowner. Last month's rent due at signing and will double as a security deposit for any damages more than normal wear and tear. Any damages are the responsibility of the tenant to have repaired even if they exceed the security deposit amount. Term is 6 months minimum. All installed appliances are included with rental. Washer and Dryer are not included. All utilities except internet need to be swapped into tenants name within 7 days of moving in. Absolutely no smoking inside of home. Outside is fine. Renters insurance is not required but is recommended. Lease agreement will include a waiver of homeowner and their insurance' liability of any property damages or personal injury occurrence on the property.
