Lease terms

1 year lease. Rent is $1850 per month. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Landlord is responsible for maintain SOLAR panels installed in 2025 and pays HOA fee. First month rent and a security deposit, an administrative fee paid in full is due at signing. The security deposit is 100% refundable upon expiration of the lease if there is no damage. NO SMOKING OR ILLIGAL ACTIVITIES allows on the promises. NO subleasing is allowed. Application fee for each adult 18 and older is $55.00. No refund, NO EXEPTIONS! Paid by tenants before when officially submit their application for review. landlord required to obtain a rental insurance policy with "additional insured" term. Administrative fee is $150 for each adult 18 years or older. Resident 18 or older must compete the application and will be on the lease equally responsible. No pets allowed besides service animals upon approval. After completion and approval application process to reserve this home $500.00 non-refundable holding fee is required until for it's ready to move-in. This fee must be paid within 24 hours of being pre-qualified and will be applied to the first month rent of the property.
