Street parking is allowed, but cars cannot park on the grass or block the sidewalk.

Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The home is professionally sprayed for pests. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two (2) loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors; be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. Guests found in violation of any house rules may face termination of their reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
