The cozy king bedroom includes blackout blinds and a 50-inch Smart TV. Enjoy access to community amenities including a sparkling pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and community grills. A private patio is perfect for morning coffee. Free parking is available right in front of the unit. Located on the quiet east end of Okaloosa Island, this condo is in the heart of a laid-back beach town known for its white sands and emerald waters. You are minutes from island attractions like the Boardwalk, Okaloosa Island Pier, and Gulfarium Marine Park. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the beach without the crowds, with everything you need within easy reach. You can walk to the beach in under 2 minutes and enjoy nearby attractions without needing a car. A short drive takes you to Fort Walton Beach or Destin. The island is flat and bike-friendly. Check-in time is 4pm or after, and check-out time is 10am. Guests are required to communicate their arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. A $50 early check-in fee applies if confirmed. A $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. Guests must remove shoes inside the home. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed. No events or vendors are permitted on the property. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Be aware of tropical insects and potential wildlife, as the property is located near water. The property is treated regularly for pests, but encounters are possible. Swimming in the bay is at your own risk due to aquatic species. Guests are responsible for reporting any hazardous items within 2 hours of check-in. The property is not child-proofed. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property or its furnishings. Host or Host's Agent may enter the property at any time in case of emergency or for necessary repairs. Host shall not be liable for personal items left behind. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be rearranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost may be charged if additional cleanup is required. Guests give permission for StellarDweller to use a third-party to verify identity and check criminal databases.
