Located on the second floor, approximately twenty steps up, an elevator is available on the property. This condo features new LVP flooring throughout and a fully renovated walk-in tile shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes stainless steel appliances, an oversized refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser, and a proper dining table that seats five. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and the living area offers a queen pullout sofa and a twin ottoman sleeper. Enjoy the 55-inch smart TV and a LazyBoy recliner in the living room. Little beach toys are included for children. Beach service is available from March 1 through October 31 and includes two chairs and one umbrella set up on the beach daily. An elevator is available on the property. Venus is one of the original complexes on Okaloosa Island, recently renovated and featuring private beach access. Located on Santa Rosa Boulevard, you're in the heart of Okaloosa Island, with the Boardwalk, waterfront restaurants, and shops just minutes away. Fort Walton Beach is also a short drive. Check-in time is 4pm or after. Check-out time is 10am. Guests are asked to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Locals must communicate with the host before booking. Any sign or smell of smoke will incur a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed at this property. No events or vendors are permitted on the property. Complaints from neighbors regarding noise are taken seriously, with quiet time observed from 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from the property without refund. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property and its furnishings. Host, or Host's Agent, may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/ door hardware under any circumstances. All items in the kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are to be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. By booking this unit you give permission to a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. The kitchen area includes a small workspace for anyone needing to get some laptop time in between beach sessions.
