Utilities - water, electricity, gas and internet included. Absolutely no smoking allowed. Any criminal activity will merit an immediate eviction with one week to leave premises and security deposit will be forfeited as well. Well behaved, litter trained cat is acceptable with pet deposit of $250 and monthly rent of $25. Off street parking available, there will not be garage space or driveway parking. Security deposit is $1500, $250 non refundable for cleaning fee. Washer and dryer not provided but hookups available for stackable machines. No oven included but stovetop will be provided. Renters insurance will be required for the duration of the lease. House and mail box key will be subject to $10 fee per key for replacement. HVAC mini split system individually controlled per remote for each room. Any damage to units will incur a fee of up to the cost of the unit up to $1500. Loss or damage of remote will be subject to fee of $100. These terms are separate from security deposit. Snow shovel and salt will be provided for tenants to maintain cement walkway and stairs free of snow and ice. Any outside barbecue equipment is subject to owner approval and location.
