Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought-after community, known for its first-class amenities, including a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, bar & lounge. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle upon departure, failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. Propane for the grill must be provided by the guest. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Any violation of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. This home is equipped with a smart lock for convenient self check-in and check-out.
