First month's rent and a security deposit equal to two months' rent are due at signing. Utilities & Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including gas, electricity, water, sewer, trash, and high-speed internet. Due to local weather conditions, tenants must maintain a seasonal professional snow removal contract for the driveway and keep the bear-box secured at all times in accordance with Placer County ordinances. Property Care: This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property. To maintain the premium finishes, including the hardwood and travertine flooring, a professional move-out cleaning is required at the end of the tenancy. Furnishings & Storage: The home is offered fully furnished, though we are open to partially furnishing for the right long-term fit.
