I am looking for a roommate to share a comfortable town home with two 20's aged males (Other male is moving out in August). Gender is no preference.
I've gotten quite a few responses regarding pets, unfortunately I am not considering pets in the home at this time. Thank you.
Room will be available July 1st and I'm taking appointments to show the townhouse anytime after 5pm on weekdays and on weekends by appointment.
Premises ~ 1200 sqft
Two-car carport, one of those spaces is available to you on a first-come first served basis.
The condo is clean and has a recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Large 55" flat screen TV and couch with plenty of seating in living room. Brand new washer and dryer too.
The room in question is 9x12, unfurnished, however, the rest of the condo is fully furnished.
Close to Sac State, easily within biking distance, be in class in 15 minutes.
Close to Highway 50 for easy commutes
Quite area with a lot of trees and close to a Big Lots, pizza, Jack in the Box and other stores.
Located close to the American River with a bike trail that leads directly to campus or downtown.
Rent is $500 flat rate. All utilities included in rent.
Utilities include 60mbps Comcast internet, water, sewer/trash, PG&E, and SMUD electricity.
Must sign a short term lease (6 months minimum but longer if preferred)
Deposit of $500 due at lease signing. The deposit will be used for carpet cleaning and other damage that may occur beyond normal wear and tear.
Couples are OK but for an increased rate. I'd rather not because there is only 1 full bathroom and the place feels crowded with 4 people.
YOU MUST BE TIDY!
Every roommate I've had has stayed with me for over 1 year. I'm an easy going guy and don't expect much from people, just that you clean up after yourself in the shared spaces.
No drama please. A'int nobody got time for that.
My name is Nick please respond via email so we can set up a good time to meet.
At $500, this home is priced $335 cheaper than the current market rate for a 3 bedroom home in La Riviera.
