RENTAL TERMS Monthly Rent: $850 Security Deposit: $850 (due at lease signing) First month's rent due at move-in 12-month lease *Security Deposit: The standard security deposit is one month's rent. SCREENING PROCESS All applicants must apply through RentSpree. Applicants are responsible for paying the screening fee directly to the provider. Screening includes credit report, background check, and rental history verification. Application Review Applications are reviewed after all required information and screening results have been received. Applications are evaluated using our published screening criteria and the verified information provided during the application process. The landlord uses a standardized internal evaluation process to apply the published screening criteria consistently to all applicants. Meeting the minimum screening requirements does not guarantee approval or reservation of the property. The property will remain available until a lease has been signed and all required move-in funds have been received.
