It ends in August with options to extend and we are looking for someone to move in end of May ideally the 25th - 31st but can be flexible. This would be a great opportunity for those who don't have furniture because we are including our couch, coffee table, dresser, tv stand, book shelf, and bed frame along with the mattress. Obviously if you don't want all that included you don't have to take it! The house includes shared laundry with the house next door and a pool in the back.
